Beautiful duplex located steps from ocean, both units overlook the pool from their large florida rooms. Double car garage, washer and dryer in unit, well equipped kitchen. This is 2 two-bedroom/two bath unit located in a gated, 1/2 an acre with only 4 units sharing one pool, and just steps to the ocean. We have bikes and a soft surf board for your prudent usage, with an extra deposit kayaks available also.

  • This is a gated 1/2 acre, 4 unit community all privately owned and sharing one swimming pool only steps to the ocean. We can rearrange furniture in the unit to suit your sleeping needs. 6 per unit anything over is and extra 100 per person. For rental there are two, 2 bedroom units one can sleep 8, by putting a futon in master bedroom,and the other can sleep 6.

The beach was not overcrowded, it was very relaxing. The pool at the condo was a very good bonus feature. The owners were very accommodating. Perfect spot to enjoy a family vacation without all the hassles.

Excellent location just far enough away from main tourist area but yet only minutes away by vehicle or bike. Beach was only minutes away by foot to either surf fish, walk or swim. Pool was refreshing to walk out back door and relax in. Rental unit was clean and roomy for family or families. Orlando Airport and tourist attractions are approx 45 minutes away on easy to navigate roadways. Minor issue with HVAC dropped rating to Good, but would definitely keep this location as a return rental unit to occupy.
Owner's Response: Not sure what the HVAC is, but am sure all families and couples would enjoy our secluded gated family vacation rental as well.

This is a beautiful, clean property with a nice pool and a minute walk to the beach. The townhome is very large and we comfortably slept 7 people. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing vacation. Disney is less than an hour away as well as some nice site seeing in the area.
