The cabin is central to Traverse City, Manistee and Cadillac, providing the ideal base from which to explore everything the region has to offer. Amenities include sleeping accommodations for six, a full kitchen, sauna and snowmobile parking. Home away from Home in Northern Lower Michigan

This pet friendly cottage in Copemish, MI is absolutely wonderful. It is very clean and has all the comforts of home. The owners and renters clearly take great care of the home and surrounding acreage. The dog run area is great, and the ability to explore around the rest of acreage is fun and relaxing. We will always remember this place, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. We have stayed in many up north sites, but this is by far, the cleanest. It is nice to be able to get away up North and have fun in the outdoors, but it is also nice to be able to relax in a clean comfortable environment at the end of the day.

Great place to relax

I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone who would just love to get away for relaxation. It is so quiet and peacful, and if you feel like doing some sight seeing or shopping it is just a half hour away from Traverse City and Cadillac. Would definatly stay there again.

My husband and I rented this property this Winter and LOVED it. We brought our black Lab and she LOVED it!! Lots of places to walk and very nicely set up. We would reccommend it highly.

We travelled from England to Ski in the area,Georges Retreat looked perfect for our needs,and indeed it was,very very clean,all the home comforts and very homely,The next time we are up in Copemish this will be our first choice,Thanks for a superb stay the Burdaky Family....

This was by far the best place I have stayed that allows pets. There is so much room for the dogs to roam and it is close to the small town and convenient to other tourist destinations.
The owners do a wonderful job keeping the place in top condidtion. All you need to do is bring the food...everything else is taken care of. The place is wonderful and I have already recommended it to my friends to like to travel with their dogs.
