First floor has a bedroom with a private bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with cathedral ceilings and 2 sets of French doors opening onto a private deck. The second floor has a large master bedroom with a private bath and balcony. The heated pool, surrounded by lush foliage, is just steps away.
