Beautiful Island House... Lanais surrounding with views of Diamond Head and Honolulu city lights. open kitchen and living room. Plasma TVs with cable connection, high speed Internet connection, Stainless steel Sub-Zero refrigerator an Wolf appliances, dishwashers. Beautiful Views from Master room. Gated entrance on to drive way and ocean front. Sandy beach in front. You will wake up looking at and hearing the ocean. The home is located about 17 miles from Honolulu Airport, Pearl Harbor and they Arizona Memorial. It's also about 24 miles to Waikiki. This home is not located in a tourist area. It is located in a local community. All beaches are owned and maintained by the State of Hawaii. Owners are not responsible for the condition of the beach or the condition of the canal's located next to the home. This is the most beautiful home in all of Ewa Beach. Please note:This beach front home is located in a local community and not In a tourist area. There can be a lot of locals using the beach in front the property because it is a popular spot. There are no neighbors on one side, the home is located next to a water canal that is owned by the city and county of Honolulu and we are not responsible for the condition that it is in upon your arrival. The property is gated and there is no public beach access through the property. Guests are encouraged to keep the gate closed at all times!

Rented this house for a month. For the most part a very good experience. Local property management on the island was as responsive as possible. Only issues were cleanliness which may just be a product of the location, on the water. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. We had up to 8 adults at one time with no problems and room for each of us to have our own space. Location on the beach was ideal for small children and adults alike. House is 4 years old with some minor repairs needed. All in all I would rent the same house again with a few understandings going in to the agreement.
