    Cancellation Policy: In the event that the guest cancel the reservation, we will levy the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the total rental fee:

Villa description: Room: # 2 with measurement of 15' by 15' with queen bed a queen futon with his own bathroom and walking closet. TV with cable TV and air conditioner. Living room: with a beautiful queen futon and study desk and is equipped with air conditioners. This villa is ideal for relaxing moments and very peaceful memories. Parking facilities: 2 parking spaces and visitors nearby. It is a garden unit and enjoys access to playground areas which are ideal for children. Terrace: table with 4 chairs for eating with a marvelous view of the green areas.

Rio Mar Resort at Rio Grande: The resort has been recognized by Connoisseur's Guide of the Resorts and Great Hotels as one of the world's best and the picture of the Rio Mar Beach Resort Lobby was in the cover of the 15th anniversary edition of the guide.

The Villa is owned by us and although is located in the premises of The Rio Mar Hotel by Windham it is not managed by them. Information about of our previous guest are available upon request.
