The house, completed only in 2004, has a purely residential area of approximately 200 m². The comfortably furnished living room is approximately 30 m² and has a separate dining area. There is a television with digital satellite connection for almost all radio and television channels. The really huge kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. There are also: washing machine, irons and ironing board plus a hair dryer. Alltogether, there are five bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and in the remaining three bedrooms, there are separate twin beds. All beds have comfortable mattresses. There are four bathrooms, some with whirlpool equipment. There are several large terraces, all of them more than 250 m², around the house. For example, there is a more typically Canarian patio (inner courtyard) and a roofed outside grill with a separate kitchen. For athletic guests, there is a table tennis table.

The small village of Arona used to be the district town of a rural municipality. Nowadays it is the administrative authority for the tourist centres of 'Los Cristianos' and part of 'Playa de las Americas' as well. In the area wine, potatoes and vegetables are grown. In the village, you find a mixture of old and recent buildings. There are some popular restaurants in the village centre, mainly visited by local people, which we always consider an indication for good cooking. Many people come from far away to eat let's say kid or stewed rabbit in the restaurant 'Sindical'. On the plaza in front of the 'San Antonio Abad' church you can taste the Canarian atmosphere. The 'Casa Eva' Finca lies just a few hundred metres from the centre of the village, but is very quiet located. You need no more than 5 minutes to reach it on foot. From the Finca, you have a splendid, unimaginable view of the sea and the green surroundings.

| Notes: | In addition, there is a roof terrace of approximately 100 m² which is not over-looked from outside. In the garden you’ll find the pool of 6 x 4 m. Sun beds are available in plenty. There is spacious parking for 2 or 3 cars on the private drive and garage. Hand towels, bath towels, dishtowels and bed linen are provided. Please bring only beach towels since the towels should not be removed from the house. Journey times by car are approximately 20 minutes to the airport, Arona 1 minute, La Camella 5 minutes, and to the beaches at Los Cristianos or Las Americas, between 10 and 15 minutes. You will need a car. |
