This delightful 2-story Gulf-view cottage, 'ASDIP-Another Sunny Day in Paradise,' sits on a select cul-de-sac at the San Juan Beach access in Seagrove Beach, just 50 feet from the beach boardwalk. It provides 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with the large master bedroom located on the 2nd floor with an awesome gulf view and a private covered deck. Close to the medley of restaurants and shops scattered throughout Seagrove and a short distance from Seaside, this beach house is the perfect getaway for families and friends (sleeps up to 10). You will love the convenience of the kitchen and den areas being located on the first floor with no steps to climb. All 3 bedrooms have King Size beds and the Master Bedroom also has a closet large enough to include a twin bed too. Enjoy the Gulf views from the spacious balconies and unwind in the hot tub, complete with views of the ocean sunset! Parking limited to 2 cars

Remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. During Summer season, there is a one week minimum and arrivals/departures on Saturdays only. For stays less than 3 nights, there is a housekeeping charge.
