Great Locaton and Deal for One or Two People

One bedroom condo has all the amenities of an efficiency apartment, plus a pleasant balcony for overlooking the docked Queen Mary and the beach. Granite kitchen countertops and an eating bar offer just enough room for at-home dining. Across the street from a very good deli. Walking distance to the Convetion Cener and the tourist restaurants in downtown Long Beach. Satellite TV is somewhat difficult to work ( I got help from the owner) and the pull-out sofa is NOT at all comfortable for TV viewing but everything is is clean, efficient and works well. Great downtown location or walkers! Underground secure parking for drivers. Owner is prompt in returning security deposit by check. A GREAT deal vs. the nearby hotel chains for a week long stay as a conventioneer. Can walk to marina, beach and restaurants.

The condo and whole building was beautiful. The secure parking and access to the building was very efficient and reassuring. The pool and hot tub were great, although the pool is very small, it was not busy/crowded at all. Having access to 2 computers in the club room was so convenient. The condo itself was just right for a couple. It had a very comfortable bed and everything we needed. It is located within walking distance to all the fun things to do. We especially liked, the Pike, Pine Street and Shoreline. The owner was prompt, thorough and very helpful. It was great week at Long Beach and I would highly recommend this condo.

Excellent stay

We recently spent a week at this apartment and our stay exceeded our expectations.
The apartment was very well equipped and secure and we appreciated the bistro table and chairs allowing us to eat meals on the balcony overlooking the sea.
The location was ideal being within walking distance of many restaurants and with easy access to the beach.
There is a bus stop right outside the apartment block which runs you all around Long Beach for a minimal cost.
David Sine was extremely helpful and was always punctual for the meetings that we had, to show us around the apartment and to return our deposit.
This was a real home from home and we would definitely stay here again

Our stay over the New Year Holiday; 26/12 - 9/01

The property was in a good and secure location, with access to local stores. We were a bit surprised however that for a self-catering unit, the kitchen did not have a blender. In addition, the TV cable satelite got knocked down by winds, leaving us without one for four days - we did not think the suggestion to use the Common Room TV (available 5 floors below) was a practical one considering we had a two year old with us. Having said that, we have top commend the flexibility of the owner in allowing uis split our stay there (we went away to Hawaii for a week) and letting us leave our luggage behind. He was also helpful in assisting us on the day of our departure.
All in all, it was a good stay and adequate for a small family, and within easy reach of the Long Beach attractions.
Owner's Response: Hi Reader: The satellite dish, which was newly installed, was precariously positioned by the technician. A service appointment was made the same day the tenants notified us of the damaged satellite dish, but that earliest appointment was two days after the tenants departed. Reading our tenants' review is the first we have heard about the request for a blender. Our condo does indeed have a blender, and it is in a bottom cabinet where other small electrics and useful kitchen items are kept. This is our second home, we love staying there whenever it isn't rented, it has all home conveniences, and we love having guests staying in our beautiful second home condo.
