Your log cabin is wonderfully located and surrounded by meadows and forests with a view of the Bischofsmütze Mountain. Here you can relax far away from everyday hustle and bustle and enjoy the beauty of nature. Ideal for active holidaymakers, who enjoy trekking, mountain biking, rafting, mountain climbing, hiking, skiing or simply wandering. The ski slope is located 300 meters from the front door. A 1.2 mile long ski run leads you down to the base station. Here you can take skiing lessons and procure a ski pass. The skiing resort of Dachstein-West with its 86 miles of ski slopes will impress you. The house encompasses an area of 80 square meters and offers a large living area with fireplace and gas heating, a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with single beds and 1 bunk bed for 2 people.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The price is calculated on a four-person basis. Children under the age of 3 stay for free, children under age of 12 are charged at half of the adult rate. The holiday home sleeps 8 people maximum. Surcharges for final cleaning and bed linen is 80 Euro, with towels (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person,) 120 Euro, cot: provision of bed linen 10 Euro. Pre-charge for electricity, water and gas 80 Euro per week. A full break down of charges is provided on request. Visitors tax is payable on arrival.
  • Payment of 30 percent is required at the time of booking, together with the final cleaning charge, bed linen and towels charge and the utility charges for electricity, water and gas per week booked.
  • Minimum party size is four people. Reflected in rental price shown.

Ski: 46 lifts and runs (from Winter 2004/2005 a new 6 seat chair lift and an 8 seat gondola) allow you to reach the 86 miles of prepared ski runs between Annaberg, Russbach and Gosau. Regular visitors to the region describe the resort as one of the most family friendly in Austria. For all cross-country skiers there are approx. 80 miles of cross-country tracks between Abtenau, Annaberg, Lungötz and Saint Martin. But non-skiers can also enjoy themselves. Relax and have fun with walking snow tours, sledding and midnight tobogganing. For our younger guest there are ski kindergartens and ski schools, the latter are also available for adults.

Wir haben uns mit 4 Erw., 2 Kindern und Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gut eingerichtet. Die Piste ist fußläufig erreichbar, was toll ist. Auch im Sommer sind wunderbare Panoramawege zu erkunden. Mit zur Anlage gehört auch ein Hallenbad sowie eine Sauna. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil.

Gemütliches Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet mit voller Ausstattung. Wir (4 EW, 4 Kids) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ideal zum Schifahren, da die Piste gleich neben dem Haus liegt. Einstieg in das riesige Schigebiet Dachstein West, sehr kindergerecht und noch nicht überlaufen.
