Welcome to our Beach Palms condo with tropical pool area, large sandy beach and your own reserved covered parking spot. The condo is decorated with a beach/nautical theme and warm colors throughout. The living room/kitchen/dining area is open concept. Master Bedroom (updated Oct 2008) Deluxe King Pillowtop, 2nd BD Queen Pillowtop, 3rd BD 2 Twin Beds. 3 TVs main TV 46 inch HDTV with DVR & HDchannels, DVD. Complimentary Internet & daily newspaper. Lounge around the heated tropical gulf side pool surrounded by Palm trees and lush plants, with a spectacular view of the beach & gulf. Closet with beach toys,chairs and umbrellas, leave your beach towels at home. Kitchen (updated May, 2009) new cupboards, granite countertops. Livingroom updated (2008). Have breakfast on the balcony with a view of the Beach & Gulf this is what Florida is all about! If condo taken will look for another.

Indian Shores is located in Pinellas County on a barrier island. We are about 15-20 minutes south of Clearwater Beach and about 15-20 minutes north of St Petersburg Beach. Gulf Boulevard is a beautiful stretch of road that runs along the Gulf of Mexico. Beach Palms condo is directly on the Gulf with a large white sandy beach and gulfside fresh water pool. We are minutes away from John's Pass and only 45 minutes from Busch Gardens.

Tiled balcony with a spectacular view of the beach and gulf.. Open concept living with a fully equipped kitchen (May 2009) with new cupboards and granite countertops. Side by Side Refrigerator with in door filtered ice and water. Fantastic view of the gulf while you are preparing your meals or drinks. Free wireless high speed internet and HD extended cable.

Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Etc.: All bed linens and bathroom towels are provided. New pillow top beds have been purchased for all 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom furniture was updated Oct 2008

Other Amenities: Covered reserved Parking Spot The building has 2 glass elevators for your convenience one in the front of the building and one in the rear. Large Sandy Beach Gulf Side Pool heated during cool months. Tyrone Mall shopping center is about 15 minutes from the condo and a great place to shop for the whole family. There are numerous restaurants in the area (a binder with sample menus is in the condo). Disney World, Sea World and Universal are all less than 2 hours from the condo. Busch Gardens is about 45 minutes. Airports: Clearwater-St. Petersburg airport is approx 35 minutes and Tampa International is approx 40 minutes.
