Photos and Description of this Surf Watch Ocean City holiday condo Lovely 3BR 2BA Luxury Condo, sleeps 8

Located on 41st street. Beautifully decorated with a bright beachy atmosphere, this condo has everything you will need for a memorable vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked and features almost new appliances including a smooth top stove, microwave, and filtered water for your use. The living room has a 27 inch TV with cable, DVD player and stereo. There is a very large private balcony overlooking the ocean with a table, chairs and storage locker for your beach supplies. The master bathroom has his and her sinks and a Jacuzzi tub for your relaxation. Every bedroom has cable TV with DVD and/or VCR. You will find a nice bay view at the entrance to the condo. Two covered parking spaces are reserved for your stay with an elevator to take you to our fourth floor condo. Convenient midtown location with restaurants such as Seacrets and Mackeys within walking distance.

  • One-third of rent is required for deposit. The rental rate listed includes all taxes and a $200 refundable security deposit. Balance is due a minimum of 45 days before rental. If you need to cancel, your deposit will only be refunded if that week is rented, minus a $50 processing fee.

This was our 2nd year staying here and it couldn't have been made any more comfortable. It's close to everything and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was super clean (except for some stains on the carpet). The kitchen was equipped with everything you could imagine. We look forward to next year!!

Our family loves this condo. This is our second year in a row here. It is very close to the beach, not ocean front, but almost as good. Condo has a great pool that my 2 teenage children loved. Condo is in a great location. Close to many restaurants and shops, some you can even walk to. This condo has covered parking & we never had a hard time getting a parking place. Unit is very clean and up to date. Kitchen is wonderful. Great view from balcony. Only complaint-the carpets needed to be thoroughly cleaned. They were fine last year. All in all you will LOVE this place,
