Kitchen with maple cabinetry, granite counter tops, and breakfast bar. Dining area with seating for 6. Large living/family room with sliding doors to screened lanai/pool. Heated pool, den with convertible sofa to sleep extra guests, laundry room, 2-car attached garage, and beautiful landscaping.

Other Activities: Everglades, shelling, fishing, cruises, sailing, nature tours, Naples Zoo & golf, golf, golf!!!

We stayed for a week. The location is fine although it becomes clear pretty quickly that the house is on the wrong side of Vanderbilt Beach Road. The homes on the other side are nicer; the lawns and landscaping are much nicer. This house was fine but the other houses on the street could use some TLC.

The house itself is adequate. The furniture is okay - more pieces would be good; not having the place look like it is solely a rental would be very nice. There is very little in the way of decor - nothing creating warmth. The layout is odd - everything points away from the pool instead of towards it.

The master bedroom bed has a pillowtop matress that is almost impossible to sleep on. I wound up sleeping in another bedroom just to get a good night's rest.

The pool furniture leaves a lot to be desired. If the owners paid more that $30 to furnish the entire pool area I would be surprised. They need to go and get some real furniture that is comfortable to sit in- not CVS or Walgreens.

The neighborhood leaves a bit, not a lot, to be desired. Its Florida so the Florida element is alive and well. Loud motorcycles, loud cars, etc. cruising the streets can be annoying.

Nice things: the kitchen is very nice. utensils, etc. are all in place. No spices or anything necessary to cook a nice meal is provided. You have to bring everything.

Plenty of tv's . No problem on that front.

Overall, an alright place. Clean, well kept. No creature comforts. Could be more nicely furnished. Could be a little bit warmer.
