Approximately 1800 sq. ft. of total comfort and fun await you when you rent this unique lakefront home located behind popular Forester Park Campgrounds just north of the village of Port Sanilac where you will find a great marina and harbor. Good restaurants and churches and grocery store here. Cozy interior is well decorated, has newer carpeting and offers a natural fireplace for the chilly evenings or when you want some atmosphere. Great, wide sandy beach for the kids or the walkers. 3 spacious BRs, great room, convenient kitchen and mud room plus bath. Upper level houses all the BRs. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Walk to convenient park store for ice cream, hot dogs and incidentals. Great playground here for the kids.

  • $1000 weekly during summer and fall. $800 weekly after Thanksgiving. Winter and Spring nightly rates of $135 available. $50 cleaning fee. $250.00 security deposit to hold property refundable upon inspection of property. Non refundable if canceling less than 45 days from rental date. Will try to arrange alternate date if possible. $25 fee to change dates.

Amenities: TV with satellite, washer/dryer, toaster, coffee pot, micro, pots, pans, dishes and glassware for 8, baking dishes, kitchen linens. All linens furnished except beach towels. Deck overlooking lake on East and West deck if you get a Nor'easter. Boat hoist available for small to medium size boat. Remember, you are close to the marina in Port Sanilac if you needed to bring bigger boat in. There is a snack bar between living and kitchen areas. 3 ceiling fans and 2 skylights, wall furnace if needed.

Activities: Fishing, boating, jet skiing, swimming, beach walking, golfing are some of the activities you can do in the summer months. In the fall and winter months you can hunt, snow mobile, cross country ski.

Area: You are only about 25 minutes north of Port Huron so you have the fine dining available to you as well as a river trip on the Huron Lady cruiser. You are about 24 minutes south of Harbor Beach where you can charter a boat. The park offers concerts at different times. Close to shopping in both Port Sanilac and Deckerville where you also have a hospital and veterinary hospital.

Our family olf 11 stayed here in August. We had a wonderful time. The beach is great and the house is fabulous! Lots of amenities. We would definitely rent again!
