The William S. Gaskins house was built in 1895 on East Front St. on the mile wide Neuse River in Historic Downtown New Bern, NC. The 3 or 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has been beautifully restored. You'll love its heart pine floors, fun coastal furnishings and eclectic North Carolina Art. Enjoy your afternoon drinks from the huge back porch as you watch sail boats, fishing boats and Hatteras Yachts Cruise past on the river. Walk or bike through the Historic residential and commercial districts and enjoy quaint shops, cafes, galleries, and home and gardens of Historic Tryon Palace, North Carolina's colonial Governor's Mansion. . This home has been the venue of much fun laughter and relaxation and is ready for your riverside enjoyment.
