In front of a beautiful section of the beach, that includes volleyball nets and a old fashioned swing set. The panoramic view goes from Catalina Island and Palos Verdes to Malibu. It is also one of the best surfing and swimming spots in the country. The beach is exceptionally safe, clean and spacious. During the summer months, there is even a surf camp held nearby. This house has a large living room/dining room that overlooks an unbelievable panoramic view of Manhattan Beach. Living room has beautiful brick fireplace, and even a piano. Shabby Chic furnishings are comfortable and charming. It is fully furnished, with equiped kitchen that includes everything you might need to begin cooking, as well as washer/dryer. Living room had big screen TV, DVR, VCR, and DVD player. Also,included is high speed wireless network.

Centrally located, right in the middle of everything. Amenities: The kitchen includes all pot and pans, dishes, and even use of owner's china. Just about everything is included to cook a meal, once you have gone to the nearby grocery store. Kitchen also includes full size washer/dryer. Ocean view is available from kitchen sink area. Bedrooms, wallpapered with lovely furnishings, include one California King bed and one Queen bed, which both have comfortable pillow-top mattresses, as well as down comforters. Large, overstuffed coach in living room could provide one extra bed source for small child. The master bedroom has side view of the ocean, and can be seen from the bed.

Bathrooms include one bathtub and one shower. Other amenities include, as already stated; fireplace, big screen TV, Tivo, VCR, and DVD player, as well as high speed internet connection. Parking is available behind the house in driveway. BR B Area: /B BR Close to downtown Manhattan Beach, all with fine dining, shops, and the main attraction being, the Manhattan Beach Pier. This duplex is centrally located, and only ten minutes from LAX. It is only approximately a half hour to an hour to just about everywhere, such as cities like; Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Malibu, Venice, all cities in Orange County, as well as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm, and Magic Mountain.
