This rustic, truly Spanish-style country house is situated in a small farming hamlet where there is also a restaurant and bar serving excellent traditional food. The local scenery is superb, and the coastal resorts of Marbella, Fuengirola, etc are some 30 to 40mins drive away. The local town of Coin is 15 mins by car and offers a huge range of cosmopolitan amenities and international restaurants etc. The house offers four bedrooms (two downstairs and two/three upstairs) and is suitably furnished to accommodate eight to 10 people. The new kitchen is well equipped - with cooker (hob and oven), dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster etc - and there is a spacious living/dining room with sat TV.. One of the bathrooms is downstairs. One of the star attractions of the property is a purpose-built outside kitchen with bar and barbecue area. A few steps up from the terrace is a fenced and gated, larger than average swimming pool with panoramic views towards the Sierra de la Nieves.

This country house is situated in a small farming hamlet some 15 minutes west of Coin and 40 minutes west of Malaga airport. The beautiful Rio Grande valley is on your doorstep yet there are excellent roads for exploring further into inland Andalucia and also the popular coastal resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus etc.
