The apartment house is located in Milernton, directly on the coast of Cape Town. It belongs to a watched complex. There is room for 7 people in the house. The large kitchen and the living room lead to a big terrace. From there you have direct access to the sea. The view over Cape Town, Table Mountain and Robin Island is breathtaking beautiful. The proximity of Cape Town enables new experiences daily. There is even a shuttle bus that drives you to the town centre. In the upper part of the house, there are bedrooms and bathrooms. A big balcony with a whirlpool is attached to the biggest bedroom. The beach house is completely equipped and comfortably arranged. A basement garage is also available. 1-2 times a week the cleaning lady comes to wash, clean and iron. A German couple is eager to be the guests’ contact on location.
