The condo has ceramic tile floors, crown molding, a private front yard with brick paved patio and a patio set surrounded by a white picket fence. (No grill on patio)
Well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, ceramic top range, dishwasher, garbage disposal & full size refrigerator with ice maker. There is a blender, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, & bake-ware.
Dining area is bright with a separate granite & mirror dry bar. Bar has ice bucket & cocktail glasses.
Cozy family room has a queen sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo/CD player, ceiling fan, family games, cards, movies, music Cd's, & books for your enjoyment.
Bedroom is carpeted with a new queen size memory foam pillow top mattress, cable TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock, extra blankets, pillows, iron & ironing board.
Charming sunroom is bright with large windows that look out to the patio. A full size futon & ceiling fan make the sunroom a great place to sleep, watch TV or read a good book

Our condo is wired with FREE highspeed 'wireless' Roadrunner Internet service. Enjoy your laptop from anywhere in or outside our condo. There is a desk with a cordless phone which has caller ID, voice mail, & FREE UNLIMITED long distance to anywhere in the USA, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Talk as long as you want to family an friends at no extra charge to you.
The condo is located next to several restaurants and pubs. You can walk to the Salt Rock Grill Directly next door for a wonderful dinner on the water. Crabby Bill's, The Pub, The Wine Cellar, The Frog Pond and Lobster Pot are just down the road.
Smugglers Cove Mini Golf, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Tiki Gardens, Town Square Nature Park, Estelle Harper Park's with it's playground & the public Library are all just a short walk from the condo. The famous John's Pass Village is just 6 miles south of the cond
Resort Amenities:
The Suncoast Trolley Stop is locates just steps from teh resort. The trolly runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and Pass-A-Grille Beach.
A coin operated laundry room is located steps from our condo. A beautiful heated 8 1/2 foot pool overlooks the Intercoastal waterway with his and her bathrooms, a fishing dock, sun deck, and gas grills located throughout the resort. There are also planty of parking spaces for you and your guest.
BOAT SLIP RENTALS are now available on site. Please inquire if you are intested in bringing your boat.
You have the best of both worlds at Barefoot Beach. You can watch the sunrise on the intercoastal waterway side of the resort and the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico side of the beach.
Indian Shores is a quite & relaxing beach. Less crowded than the surrounding beaches. Perfect to relax and enjoy your lazy days in the sun.
