This 2,900 sq ft home is located in Sun City Anthem. Sun City Anthem Is A 55+ Community, which means only one in the group needs to be 55, and no one under 19 is allowed. The home sits on a point of land overlooking spectacular mountains, the valley, city, and above a golf course. This home is a truly a romantic getaway. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. The den has a queen-size wall bed to bring the sleeping arrangements to eight. Luxuries include: * Expansive views * Magnificent sunsets - we cannot take credit for this * Private pool and spa - overlooks the golf course, mountains, and city * Master - watch the city lights while falling to sleep; garden tub and separate large shower, double marble sinks, huge closet * Travertine floors through the main house * Granite counters in kitchen This home has one king and three queen-sized beds. Each rental comes with a lovely welcome basket of wine and goodies.
