This condo is located at Seacoast Gardens III, 4153 South Atlantic Avenue #515 on the top 5th floor right near the elevator and laundry facilities. It's within a two block walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The resort is oceanfront with two Olympic size pools (one heated to perfection), two kiddie pools, shuffleboard, clubhouse, and large oceanfront lounging deck.
This island community is family friendly with parks and recreation, beautiful beaches, small town charm, plenty of seafood and specialty restaurants, and great shopping areas.
New Smyrna Beach is the closest beach to Orlando. It's on the east coast and just a short drive to Orlando and all Central Florida attractions including Disneyworld, EPCOT, Seaworld, Kennedy Space Center, NASA and much more. It's only a half hour to Daytona International Speedway and NASCAR events
About our Island Community:
New Smyrna Beach is a barrier island and a unique seaside village consisting of 12 miles of white sandy beach with an additional 24 miles of coastline at Canaveral National Seashore located on the south end of the island. The Seashore is home to a variety of indigenous birds, sea turtles, and other wild life. The Intercoastal Waterway offers a pristine estuary with a wide variety of ECHO tourism, world famous fishing, and water sports. The average annual air temperature is 72.7 F (22.5C) so you can visit any time of the year.
New Smyrna Beach was voted 'Best Florida Beach' by the readers of FLORIDA MAGAZINE. It's totally uncrowded, unspoiled, and a 'natural' destination for vacationers that want the best that Florida has to offer. This island is a walking island and restaurants and shopping are all within two blocks of my rentals. We also have Flagler Avenue with plenty of nightlife and day time boutique shopping. We like to call it the Flagler crawl.

I just redecorated this rental with brand new queen sleeper and recliner plus swivel rocker. It has a fresh coat of new tropical colored paint scheme, and new decorating throughout. It has a brand new Serta King Size Bed.
