Casa Fiesta is located on the Pacific side of Costa Rica on a mountain overlooking the marina of Flamingo and Potrero bay. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom securely gated home is tastefully furnished to meet the needs of the most worldly of travelers, yet still giving you an authentic Costa Rican experience. Meet your on site English speaking caretakers who are there to make your stay more comfortable by providing daily maid service, grounds keeping, pool maintenance and security during your stay. Every bedroom allows you to wake to the same spectacular cliff top ocean view overlooking the beaches of Portero and Flamingos Marina, from your private deck area. We are located in Pacific Heights 4 kilometers above Potrero at 1100.00 ft above sea level. We have wonderful ocean views and few mosquitoes. The sunsets over the ocean from our balcony are amazing. The only neighbors that we have are the howler monkeys that we hear at sunrise.

All this from a lounged position next to the pool or step back 2 feet into the shade of your open air living space and bar area. Party on either the wrap around upper deck or the pool facility where you and your guests can sip Pina Coladas while experiencing the golden red sunsets over the color palette of a 180 degree of water and islands from your cliff top location. The location gives you easy access to the popular west coast surfing town of Tamarindo approximately 12 miles away without the congestion of being right in town. Privacy is what draws one to the cliffs over Potrero. ( The house is perfect for a family, several couples or just some fishing and golf buddies; Not to mention the great shopping in Tamarindo for the wives. Take a day trip to Coco, the first port of entry into Costa Rica, where one gets the Third World flavor while shopping in the local Tico shops. For the very adventurous you can drive the short cut to Coco via the Monkey trail.

(a 4 wheel drive is a must) A 4wd vehicle is a must. Our home is located near the top of a mountain accessible by dirt road only. Not easy to get to, but worth the trouble. Never more then 3-4 cars passing our home a day. It is very quiet. A pictures says what 1000 words cannot, so email us and we will email back pictures to further seal the enticement to the enjoyment Casa Fiesta is certain to provide.

Excellent way to experience Costa Rica

First and foremost this villa was pure enjoyment for my wife and I. For five days we had a visiting couple and for five days it was just us. Things to be aware of, you are not in a hotel, you will experince Costa Rica life with posh of course. The caretakers, Diego and Jennifer (married) are priceless. Diego knows the ins and outs of the area and is very charming, besides in the morning you will never see them unless you need them. The home is very private and with NO peering neigbors. This was important to us as we wanted to get AWAY! The pool and patio area was great for hanging out with a hammock and nice grill. As it turns out, Diego's parents own a small grocery store in town and Jennifer's family owns a very good restaurant in town as well. The town is small and very locally served but Flamingo, Brasiito, etc are close by. I have no problem recommended this home for an enjoyable stay in Costa Rica. Safe travels.
