This newer luxurious 4 bedroom/2 Bath home is located only 25 minutes from Skyharbor Airport. & 8 minutes from William Gateway. It has one of the best locations for access to US60 Freeway in the Valley. This house can sleep 10. It is perfect for families. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed/separate shower and garden tub. Bedroom #2 has a very nice Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 singles. And Bedroom #4 has 3 singles. The front living room has a queen pull-out bed. The heated pool is next to the covered patio which has a table and plenty of chairs for easy enjoyment. Also near the covered patio is a brand new gas grill. The kitchen has all the utensils any person needs to prepare meals at your home away. The refrigerator has an in-the-door ice/water dispenser. A toaster, coffee maker, can opener, microwave, pots/pans, and dishes are also provided for your use. A must see.

  • Weekly rates from $900 to $1200
  • All renters must pay a $500 damage/security deposit . This is fully refundable if no damage is done during your stay, and this also secures your booked dates.
    Also, all renters must pay $125 (cash) for cleaning services. This is to be left at the house at check out.

    November 21st - May 31st $1200 / week
    June 1st - September 30th $900/ week
    October 1st - November 20th $1000 / week

Wal-Mart, Target, Fry’s grocery store and many restaurants and bars are within minutes of our home (less than 5 miles).

This home was better than we had hoped for. Having never rented a home before we were more than surprised at how comfortable we were from the moment we arrived. The house is absolutely beautiful, spotless, very roomy and the landscaping and pool area are beautiful. My wife and I, two brithers and two sister-in-laws enjoyed every minute. The location is ideal for sightseeing, eating out and shopping, We also enjoyed tubing down the river, hicking, and riding 4 wheelers. what a great time!!! The owners are great and very accommodating. We recommend this home to everyone
