The house is situated in a quiet panoramic location, not far from the village of Lari. It offers all modern comforts and spacious rooms. This is a two-story house with 4 independent, modern apartments in a sunny location. They have large, pleasant rooms with a lovely view of the vineyards. The living room (apartments A-B-D) includes a fireplace. The garden patio has outdoor furniture. Communal pool in the garden.

The apartment is comfortably furnished whit large, pleasant rooms. It has a living room whit fireplace, a large, equipped kitchen, a seating area for 6 persons, and a sofa-bed for 2 people. This large, beautiful, 4 1/2 room apartment has a garden patio with outdoor furniture and terra-cotta floors. The apartment can be heated. There are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers with mirror, and a bedside table with a lamp. The double rooms have plenty of storage space in the wardrobes and chest of drawers. Communal pool is in the garden. The house is located near the village of Lari and is surrounded by a network of hiking paths.

Our house is well connected by Italy's north-south highway. It is located on a hill amidst Tuscany's beautiful landscape. You'll enjoy a wonderful view from here. Because of its central location, Tuscany's sights and beaches are easily reached. The village of Lari is 18 km from Pisa and Livorno, not far from the beautiful cultural cities of Pisa, Florence, Volterra and San Gimignano, just 20 minutes' drive from the sea. Surrounding the village, you'll discover rolling hills, broad fields, olive groves and vineyards. The village (500 m away) has a number of general purpose stores, a grocer's, a bakery, a butcher, bars, 2 restaurants, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy and a news agent. The larger shopping canters in Perignano, Ponsacco and the city of Pontedera are just a few kilometres away. The neighbouring thermal spa resort of Casciana Terme offers high quality wellness and medicinal treatments, as well as entertainment.

Landschaftlich wunderschön gelegene Anlage. Die Wohnungen sind großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die Infrastruktur Lari´s bietet für kleinere Einkäufe alles. Das einzige Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert! Die freundliche Betreuung von Lucia vor Ort, ist gewährleistet. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Anlage, sowohl für Senioren, als auch für Familien mit Kindern!!!

Lage gut - Ausstattung könnte besser sein

Die Bewertung betrifft die Ferienwohnung "C". Die Anlage liegt nahe des schönen und kleinen Ortes Lari. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Schön ist der freie Blick in die toskanische Landschaft von der Terrasse. Das Schwimmbecken ist sauber und gepflegt.
Wir wurden mit einem großen Willkommenskorb mit hauseigenem Wein, Martelli-Nudeln, Lavazza-Kaffee usw. empfangen. Der Empfang durch die italienisch sprechende Hausdame war herzlich.

Negativ: Die Stühle auf der Terrasse und die Stühle im Haus sind schön vom Aussehen, aber zum Sitzen nicht geeignet. Während die einteilige Matratze im Schlafraum gut ist, ist die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer nicht mehr brauchbar. Große Lattenabstände mit durchgelegener Schaumstoffauflage. Somit ist die Wohnung nur für zwei Personen geeignet, die sich das Doppelbett teilen.

Erholsame Ferien in der Toskana

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ländlicher Umgebung direkt am Weinberg gelegen. Gepflegter Swimmingpool ehöht das sommerliche Vergnügen. Freundlicher Eigentümer und angenehmer Service.
Ort Lari bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kleinen Geschäften und noch typisches Lokalcolorit. Supermärkte in der Nähe in Ponsacco und Pontedera (dort auch das Piaggio/Vespa Museum). Sandstrand in Tirrenia in ca. 30 Min. über Schnellstrasse (Fi-Pi-Li = Firenze-Pisa-Livorno) erreichbar. Lari ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu den Kulturstädten der Toscana: Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano,Volterra, Vinci, Florenz und Siena. Lari bietet für jeden Geschmackk etwas.

Ideal zum Erholen

Wir haben hier im Juli/ August 2008 zwölf wunderschöne sonnige Tage am Pool verbracht und uns super erholt! Die Beschreibung des Hauses, der Ausstattung, der Größe und der Lage stimmt alles, außer daß in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich ist, daß direkt hinter dem Haus die Dorfstrasse verläuft, die aber nicht stark befahren ist. Das Grundstück ist auch zur Strasse hin komplett abgeschlossen. Super nervend waren die Massen von Stechmücken und das ist das einzig echte Negative am Haus: An den Fenstern sind keine Fliegengitter installiert. Das Dorf Lari ist super schön mit engen Gäßchen, einem Schloß auf dem Berg und sehr gastfreundlichen Einwohnern, es gibt ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Einkehren, für Leute, die eher viel Trubel wollen, aber nicht geeignet.
Für uns hat insgesamt alles gepaßt, gerne wieder!
