The house is situated in a quiet panoramic location, not far from the village of Lari. It offers all modern comforts and spacious rooms. This is a two-story house with 4 independent, modern apartments in a sunny location. They have large, pleasant rooms with a lovely view of the vineyards. The living room (apartments A-B-D) includes a fireplace. The garden patio has outdoor furniture. Communal pool in the garden.

Panoramic, quiet and sunny location on a hill, not far from the village. Modern 1 room-apartment on two floors, with independent entry, in a small and pretty house. The apartment can be heated and is comfortably furnished: fully equipped kitchen-corner, table with 4 chairs, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, wardrobe, fireplace, satellite TV. A modern equipped Shower room, with WC, bidet, wash-basin. Safe. Terracotta-floors. In the garden: communal pool, garden terrace with outdoor furniture. This apartment is suitable for a couple.

Our house is well connected by Italy's north-south highway. It is located on a hill amidst Tuscany's beautiful landscape. You'll enjoy a wonderful view from here. Because of its central location, Tuscany's sights and beaches are easily reached. The village of Lari is 18 km from Pisa and Livorno, not far from the beautiful cultural cities of Pisa, Florence, Volterra and San Gimignano, just 20 minutes' drive from the sea. Surrounding the village, you'll discover rolling hills, broad fields, olive groves and vineyards. The village (500 m away) has a number of general purpose stores, a grocer's, a bakery, a butcher, bars, 2 restaurants, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy and a news agent. The larger shopping canters in Perignano, Ponsacco and the city of Pontedera are just a few kilometres away. The neighbouring thermal spa resort of Casciana Terme offers high quality wellness and medicinal treatments, as well as entertainment.

Die Beschreibung des Objekts ist in allen Punkten total zutreffend und das Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis super gut. Es hat alles geklappt und nichts war verwohnt. Die Ausstattung mit dem bequemen Doppelbett und sogar der Küche mit Espressomaschine und Herd mit 4 Platten und Ofen ist mehr als ausreichend. Man wird sogar mit einen Präsentkorb begrüßt und hat gar einige Leckereien wie Cappuccino, Spaghetti, Wein, Marmelade dabei. Es ist mit der Terrasse und dem Pool so bequem, dass man die Sonne und Ruhe unmittelbar von morgens bis abends genießen kann und dazu nicht mal unbedingt erst ins Auto steigen muss. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Außerdem war es völlig unkomliziert möglich, den Reisezeitraum zu bestimmen.
