This new (2006) house is a beautiful 3 floor home by the bay with 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. There are two large balconies with the sunset visible from the 3rd floor balcony and a 44-feet private dock space. It sleeps 8-10 people very comfortably and it is one mile from the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the patio balconies accessible from the living room, dining room and bedrooms via sliding door. Enjoy the beautiful view overlooking the bay and ocean to spend calm nights with an inviting, delightful sunset in this spacious new home on the bay. Just 40-45 minutes from the Miami International Airport, it is a very convenient location for travelers. The main house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths with one guest bedroom and one full bathroom (on the first floor). The guest room has a separate central air. A private boat slip is located in the back yard for sailing and fishing pleasure. There are also many activities available to engage in throughout the surrounding area.

    Deposits:
    $400.00 refundable deposit required on a 1-2 week stay. If canceled on short notice for more than a two weeks stay, this deposit of $350.00 is nonrefundable. Deposits are refunded within 2 weeks on a 1 to 2 week stay.

    Fees & Tax:
    12% STATE TAX. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. SPECIAL RATES Available, Contact the Owner.

    Cancellation & Return Policy:
    Deposits are fully refunded 30 days after requested arrival date. Cancellations shall be no less than 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations on shorter notice and on premium rentals and holidays are subject to review and discussion with manager/owner.

    Daily: $300 Include State tax.
    Weekly: $1300 (add, for 1st floor studio: $400)
