Come take a week or weekend in LBI on the best part of the island. This area is where you can be less than a mile from the center of shopping and restaurants, while you relax in the quiet where there is little traffic and nothing to bother you in the world!

Amenities: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, front and rear decks, grills, parking, 50 feet from Ocean, quiet part of Island, close to entertainment and eating, multiple TVs, and DVDs, New kitchens, New baths, New carpet, new furniture.

The area: The are of LBI where the property is located is called Holgate (beach haven on the map). This is less than a mile from the South end of the island and is very quiet compared to much of the island, The house is about 50 feet from beach and about 150 yards from the bay, and is very nice. You can walk to end of the island and visit a bird sanctuary that is very interesting, and you are a short walk or bike ride away from the center of town!

This house is well worth the money!!! Very clean and up to date. Within walking distance to beach access. Quiet street with lovely front porch. Had my morning coffee everyday on the porch!!! Local Attractions were only a 5 min. car ride away.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. I might just book again this year and would recommend this location to all of my friends and family!!

A nice place to stay

The house was clean and neat. Well maintained. The owner was there to answer any questions, and provided good customer service. The layout was great for my family. The only constructive criticism I would give is to provide more basic needs ie: toilet paper, garbage bags, maybe some spices for cooking purposes. I found my self having to go to the store more often than I would have liked to. (But we eat in a lot!) Otherwise, the home was very nice!
