Photos and Description of this Terra Verde holiday townhome Lovely 3 BR 2.5 BA Townhome,sleeps 8.Outside patio with private hot-tub.

Situated within the luxury gated resort of Terra Verde, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town home is only 10 minutes from all Disney attractions and a few minutes from Wal-Mart and a selection of restaurants. The home is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry room ( large washer/drier), dining area, living area (with sofa bed, TV/ DVD) and private patio with table, chairs and 8 seater hot tub. Upstairs there is a family bathroom, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 1 master bedroom with a queen bed,TV and en-suite bathroom. A short stroll (2mins) takes you across the fishing lake to the Clubhouse area with a heated walk-in pool (ideal for small children) spa, loungers and tiki hut. For fitness addicts there is a volleyball court and a basketball court. Inside the Clubhouse is a fitness center, games room, a large community room, concierge desk and free Internet access.There is also a room available which can be hired for private functions. Guests have free access to all resort amenities.

Terra Verde is ideally situated just 10 minutes drive away from the Disney complex which includes Magic Kingdom,Epcot.Blizzard Beach,MGM Studios,Downtown Disney etc.However it is set in open countryside and therefore you are also a few minutes away from horse-riding,air-boat rides and plenty of wild-life viewing....including alligators! There is easy access to restaurants on the 192 and Universal Drive and the pleasant towns of Celebration and Kissimmee. If you'd like a break from the parks and entertainment around Orlando and Kissimmee access on to Interstate 4 which takes you to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf coast or alternatvely the Space Coast is once again only minutes away.

Items such as high-chairs / cots / playpens etc. are available for hire. Easy check-in / check-out. Entry to the property is by a lock-box system-this avoids having to go to an office to pick up keys on your arrival and drop off on your departure. The townhome is looked after by a management company who have offices close.They can be easily contacted if you have any questions during your stay.

Vacation of 2007

We were very impressed with the villa. We walked in and you could see the vacuum marks on all the carpets and the windows were spotless. The frig, stove, dishes, pots and pans were immaculate. There was an abundance of towels on both floors as well as extra bedding and blankets if it got cold. It had many personal touches like books to read, videos to watch.(just like home)

We were welcomed with orange juice, milk, bread, eggs, coffee, tea, butter and cereal which we thought was very sweet.

There was a Christmas tree at our disposal to put up during our stay if we wanted to.

The owner even e-mailed us when the shuttle Atlantis was suppose to go up and sent us information on it.

We enjoyed the privacy of the patio area in the back with the jacuzzi. The cover needs to be replaced because there is debris falling off of it into the spa everytime we removed the cover to use the spa.

There was one phone in the villa in the kitchen area. I purchased a second phone and connected it to the jack in the master bedroom (on the second floor), I personally felt safer with one there at nights just in case of an emergency.

Wal-mart wasn't far away about a seven minute drive to pick up groceries, wine, etc.

Great stores and an Outlet Mall not too far away ladies!!

The Clubhouse was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff there were incredible.

The only downside which was no fault of the rental (she notifed us that this was going to happen) was that the Clubhouse closed the pool for five days and it took a few days to warm up because of the water change.

I would recommend this rental to anyone, the owner is a very caring person and makes sure your time at her place is a time to remember and a place your want to return to.
