Die sowohl in der Außenanlage (die von den Vermietern selbst gepflegt wird), als auch in den Häusern liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienanlage vermittelt ein angenehmes Urlaubsumfeld. Geschirrspüler, Fahrrad, Bollerwagen, Terrassentisch mit Hochlehnenstühlen und Sitzauflagen, Sonnenschirm und Grill, Gartenliege und Fön, Ferseher und Videorecorder (nur zum abspielen mitgrbrachter VHS) Kinderbett und Trittstufe für die Kleinen im Bad,machen die Ausstattung echt top. 500 bis 600 Meter zum Stand sin in ca.10Min zu fuß gut zu erreichen. Flacher Strand (Schwarzer Busch) ist für die Kinder schön. In der Anlage gibt es zentral einen Sandkasten und zwei Schaukeln. Ein guter Treffpunkt für alle Urlauberkinder. KfZ Stellplätze meist direkt am Haus. Die Poeler Ostseehäuser sind wirklich zu empfehlen.
