Seacrest 101 is ideally located on the ground floor of an exclusive and private condominium. The living room is spacious and comfortable with lots of seating, gas fireplace for our winter guests, television, VCR/DVD, and high speed wireless Internet connection. We have books, games, toys, and puzzles for both children and adults.
The dining table seats 6 and is ideally placed directly opposite the gourmet kitchen. We supply a booster chair for little ones, and two comfortable bar chairs augment the seating.
The living-dining area opens directly to a nice covered patio with seating and a gas grill. From here, you cross the dune walkover directly to the beach!
The kitchen is outfitted with all the conveniences of home! Beautiful cherry cabinets, thick granite counters, and top quality appliances will make meal preparation a joy! The large refrigerator, glass top stove, full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal will help make your vacation a pleasure!
The master suite contains a king size bed, ample storage, and a private bath with oversize soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanities. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and the third has two twins. These two bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have televisions with DVD or VCR.

Golf abounds, both in the St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra areas. The new World Golf Village is just 15 minutes away and dozens of other public and semi public courses are within minutes in several directions! A trip or two to Ponte Vedra is perfect for golf, great dining, and shopping. Easy day trips can be made to Daytona and Marineland (about 1 hour); Disney World and other Orlando theme parks (about 2 hours); the Kennedy Space Center (about 2 1/2 hours) and to various parks and springs throughout northern and central Florida.
