The property of 3000 m² size with many centenary olive trees, a lovely flowery Mediterranean garden and terraces is expecting you for a dream holiday. Situated on a sunny 400 m high hill, the villa “La Maserade” offers a panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. You are surrounded by nature and tranquillity in this easily-accessed spot. The chairs and table around the 9x4, 5m swimming pool are waiting for you. There is a separate dining and relaxation area has been built in the rocks with BBQ. In this villa I rent an apartment: “Jasmin” 75 m² + 44 m² terrace above the “rez de jardin”, 3 rooms suitable for 4 to 6 people. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and pergola, so you can live comfortably outside. The terrace has an exceptional view on the Mediterranean. The property is easily accessed and situated at the border of a “green zone”, where nature takes over. It’s a gate for relaxation, hiking mountain biking and nature lovers.

There you will discover the most beautiful panoramic views of the plain Var.
