The living-area features a double sliding glass door to the large covered balcony overlooking the estuary and lagoon. The Living room is comfortably furnished and includes a large TV with DVD/VCR player. The floor plan is open to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Nice for the social environment. The Master Bedroom features a king-sized bed, top of the line massage chair, walk-in California style closets, cable TV and stereo system. The Master Bathroom is designed to pamper with an over sized Jacuzzi tub, separate glassed in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom provides bunk-beds in addition to a double bed, California style closets, DSL Internet Access and a view of the ocean. No need to bring beach towels or chairs with you as we have 6 beach chairs, a cooler and plenty of beach towels for your convenience.
OceanWalk Features::
OceanWalk features a secured gated entrance and secured parking garage in each condominium building. There is a new Clubhouse that includes a fitness center, dry sauna, changing facilities, and large multi-purpose room with kitchen area. The pool area is nicely situated behind the Clubhouse with a seasonally heated pool, covered poolside patio area, heated poolside spa, barbecue facilities, and two shuffleboard courts. Grounds also include two lighted tennis courts and lighted basketball court. Outdoor-lovers will enjoy the boardwalk that winds throughout the nature preserve. Just a short drive to delicious restaurants and quaint shops on Flagler Avenue.
Beachside/Ocean :
The Beach is just across the street. You can walk across, or take a short drive to the public parking area in the no-drive on beach area. Or, you can drive less than a half-mile to the drive-on beach area. We provide the chairs and towels, even a cooler. You just enjoy the beach and ocean!
