Great four bedroom, three bath home located on the York River. Ideal location for a family looking to get away and relax. Three living areas, four large screen TVs, (fenced-in) pool/jacuzzi, Dock. The home really has all of the comforts for a private retreat. Nestled back from the street the home offers complete privacy, but easy access to the Shops in Kittery or the Beaches in York. About 15 minutes from Long Sands Beach or approximately 20 minutes from Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. We supply everything from bed linens, pool towels to lobster pots and martini glasses! The perfect get-away. Washer and Dryer also on location.

Beautiful setting

The Riverhouse is in a lovely setting on the York River. One of our favorite pasttimes was sitting in the windows of the living room and watching the kayakers and fishermen go by.

The house is beautifully maintained and landscaping gets an A+. Really spacious and great for entertaining.Hot tub was a real treat but difficult to get into if you have any physical limitations. Management was very responsive.

In this time of worrying about gas prices, this house is located must minutes away from a major drugstore chain, huge supermarket, and restaurants. You do have to drive a way to the beaches but we found ourselves staying at the house because it had so much to offer.

With three bedrooms at one end of the house and one at the other, this is ideal for families with kids or if two families wanted to share a house. Plenty of room, 4TVs. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a peaceful, woodsy setting close to lots of activities.

The description of the property is very accurate and I would give the property a very strong recommendation.
