This lovely, quiet and conveniently located end unit, 2nd floor condo has a large balcony overlooking the bay and a pool as well as sun decks off the bedrooms. The secure closet downstairs next to the assigned, covered parking has beach toys, floats, chairs, etc and room to store your items. There is a nice area to crab, fish and clam right out front as well as a shallow area to swim on the bay side and the ocean beach is a 5 minute walk across the street. The master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk over top and the main living area has a double sleep sofa.

Beautiful bay side pool right off front deck, covered parking (one assigned) and plenty of other parking, sun decks off both bedrooms, fireplace, air conditioning, digital cable TVs (2) VCRs & DVD players (3), PLUS WIRELESS INTERNET -- fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven & toaster, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, full size washer and dryer-- Tenant MUST provide own linens and toiletries.

Hiking, Swimming, Biking, Golf, Mini Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing & Crabbing, Clamming, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Restaurants & Bars, Movies, Sightseeing, Boating, Sailing, Water sports, Skate Board Bowl, almost anything you can imagine! Very quiet, very well maintained and safe complex, plenty of parking, 58th st. and the bay which is right off Rt. 90 bridge in the middle of Ocean City right next door to Fager's Island. A short 5 minute walk across the street to the ocean and beaches. Public bus route/stop right out front offers transportation throughout Ocean City and all its attractions, beach areas and boardwalk.

What a lovely Condo! We felt so relaxed the decorating is wonderfully beachy and shabby chic! The pool access was great, we could keep an eye on our teenagers while relaxing on the balcony above! Very private off the beaten path yet a stone's throw away from all the OC entertainment. The kids love the Put-put, Jolly Rogers Go-Carts and Water Park. Look forward to another opportunity to come back!

Beautiful, convenient condo. Very comfortable, decoration details just lovely. Front & rear balconies very nice. To the West peace, quite, beautiful view all day long. Just a few blocks to the East, the ocean and activity. Great pool for children. Loved having 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. What a treat!!!
