Mallorca beautifully restored old estate house situated in the Western part of Mallorca, on the edge of the wonderful range of mountains that run along the north-west coast of Mallorca, the Sierra de Tramuntana. The original construction is some 700 years old with stone walls. The owners have managed to keep many of the traditional features of the original building - arched and vaulted ceilings, the oil press, rooms for storage of the oil and other features of the house. All the rooms have been furnished with antique Mallorca-furniture and the whole property has a great deal of character and charm. The house is arranged over two floors and on the ground floor is to be found all the communal rooms. A very large open fireplace, a spacious hall, the old olive press ... All the rooms have windows or balconies with lovely views to the mountains.The quietness is amazing. The Port of Sóller is at only 15 minutes drive. The nearest Golf field is at 15 minutes.

  • The price includes breakfast and maid service from monday to friday. Cook can be supplied at an extra cost of 1500 euros per week. This includes shopping, preparation of breakfast and one other meal daily. The cost of the food is extra. The cost of the cook is to be settled locally with the owner of the property and usually the food and drink bills directly with the cook.
  • Payments should be made 33% on booking, 33% 8 weeks before the arrival date and 34% when the guests arrive. A security deposit is payable at the arrival, and totally refundable if there are no damage in the villa.

Near the beach. Beach of Soller.: The villa owns 9 Km of land roads in property, so it is perfect for walking, riding or cycling. It is located at 10 min driving from the nearest Golf field, at 15 min driving from the beach of Sóller, and at 20 min driving from Palma de Mallorca. Large and private swimming pool (12,5 m x 6,5 m. Perfect for work groups, family and everything that needs to be disconnected of noises. Extremely private and quiet, only 20 km from the capital.

Special Golf discounts for our guests: This villa is near to some golf fields. It is only at 10 minutes driving from Son Termes, where our guests enjoy a 20% discount, an 18 hole golf field. At 20 minutes driving from Son Vida Golf. At 25 minutes driving from Golf Santa Ponsa.

Sailing + Mountain: We are very connected to the yachting world, so if you want to try some sailing around mallorca do not hesitate to ask. Very good prices.

Golf: The nearest Golf is at 10 minutes drive from the villa. The guests of Honor Vell enjoy a 20% dicount in Son Termens Golf, that is an 18 hole course.

Only the sheep for neighbours

Just to say what a lovely holiday we had at Honor Vell. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. The location was perfect, only the sheep for neighbours ! All in all, a super holiday and I am so glad I found your website when I was looking to book a large property.

My drem villa in Spain

This hotel is like my dream Spanish villa, but better since everything is done for you. The location is a little hard to find but once there the views and the surrounding area is some of the prettiest in all of Spain. The staff here are all extremely friendly and all the rooms are perfectenough. Perhaps the best villa I have ever stayed in. Do not forget to ask for the cook! Cheap, useful and delicious!

Just the perfect family travel

My family and I, a party of 20 people, stayed at this villa from June 14 thru June 20. All I can say is that six days was just not enough and our only regret was leaving! We are already planning a 10 day stay or more at this resort next year.
