Eaglesnest, a 3 bedroom/3 bath villa with swimming pool is perched high on Contant Point overlooking Great Cruz Bay. The villa boasts magnificent bird's eye views of St. Thomas and St. Croix, too. Designed for easy living, Eaglesnest is the perfect spot for families or couples looking for a convenient location matched with all the amenities you want. Eaglesnest was rebuilt in 1997- native stone, mahogany and cypress accents provide local charm. The new swimming pool with spa jets and multi-level pool deck were completed for the 2004 season.

Cruz Bay to Chocolate Hole
Cruz Bay is the charming/colorful town where the ferry arrives. It has lots of wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, dive shops, etc. Short 5-minute drives west of Cruz Bay are the well-established neighborhoods of Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole, matching relaxed surroundings with convenient locations. The beaches along this stretch of the south shore range from coral to sand. The closest sandy beach is in Great Cruz Bay, home of the Westin Hotel and Resort.
From the moment you drive up the drive-through driveway and park under the covered carport at the front door, you'll know this is a very special property. The dining and living area form a large great room with a high vaulted ceiling. Indoor entertainment includes TV, VCR, DVD and a stereo with CD and cassette tape player. Ceiling fans throughout the house keep you comfortably cool even on the warmest island days while expansive windows offer a panoramic view of Great Cruz Bay. Prepare your meals in the fully equipped modern kitchen which features generous cabinets and counter space, dishwasher, microwave, range, oven, coffee maker, and blender. Eat at the serve-across bar which connects the kitchen to the dining area or at the large mahogany dining table... or even out on the upper deck, overlooking Great Cruz Bay.
If you prefer a more serene backdrop, you'll be happy to know that the deck has an expansive view of the Caribbean Sea, dotted with small Cays towards the southwest. Sunrise greets you through the bedroom windows in the master bedroom suite. Sliding glass doors provide direct access from each bedroom to the south facing decks. All three bedroom suites are equipped with air-conditioning, and two of the three king sized beds can be turned into twins. While two of the bedrooms are on the main level and have inside access, the third is on the lower level of the house adjacent to the swimming pool.
The inviting third bedroom is spacioius, light and airy. The views from here... ... are wonderful. Watch the sun rise in the morning and the boats sail in and out of the bay. A few feet away, the large pool is ready and inviting. With decks that span the entire house on both the upper and lower levels, you'll always find the perfect spot for sunning or dining. Catch up on afternoon reading while enjoying the panoramic view that spans all the way to St. Thomas!
Lounge on the comfortable poolside furniture and sip your favorite tropical drink. A safety gate blocks the pool entrance. Float the day away working on your tan or... The lower pool deck makes a great lounging area while a hammock stands ready for an afternoon siesta. The clever two-level pool deck keeps the front railing below your eyesite when in the pool.
