The furnished apartment is in a villa in the Italian countryside not far from Rome on the via Aurelia 6 km from the seaside Fregene, 6 km from the city, it is 65 sq m large. The position is near the Via Aurelia. The flat is in the ground floor of a villa with private garden and pool. There are two double-bedrooms, one bathroom with shower,another bathroom ,the kitchen has a washing machine and so on all you need in a kitchen. The dining room has a sofa bed, one table and 6 chairs tv,and so outside next to the garden there is a terrace with table and chairs and so also in the garden around the pool. The flat is rentable also for short periods and we can provide for the linen and the weekly cleaning of the flat. You can reach the town with a bus to the metro station and there is at walking distance a riding school. We can rent you bicycles; the thermal baths Terme Dei Papi are only one hour by car.
