The villa “White Home Michaela” on the large Marabella Channel has a property surface of 1000 m² and an open-plan living area of 210 m². The villa has been newly built and it offers a wonderful view upon the big and large channel Marabella, which flows further on into the river Kalassohatschi. The furniture is new, and the kitchen is very well equipped, as well as the living room. There is a big refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen is integrated in the living room, being directly connected with the living area. Stereo system and video, as well as 3 TV sets with cable are available. There is new terrace furniture with a big gas barbecue. You can enjoy the full sunshine all day long. The house is located in the far south.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above mentioned prices are for 2 people. Each further person will be charged with 80,- Euros per person and per week. The maximum number of guests is 6 people. Children under 6 can live here for free. Children between 7 and 14 are charged with 30,- Euros per week.
  • The costs for electricity up to 25,- Euros per week are not charged. If you use more than that, we will charge that separately. The visitor’s tax is 9 % from the rental rate, and it is calculated additionally. The final cleaning costs 120,- Euros. The whirlpool usage will be charged with 10,- Euros per day.
  • The security deposit is 400,- Euros, and will be handed in together with the rental rate. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after your departure, through bank transfer. The telephone can be used only with a card.

Trips: There are many channels, which can be used as water streets. Cape Coral is also called “The small Venice”. You can make trips to Sanibel, one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. You can reach it by car within just a few minutes. You can also reach Naples in just half an hour.

Shopping Facilities: In Cape Coral there are many shopping facilities, which you can reach in just a few minutes. Bigger shopping centers are also close. In Fort Myers you can find the “Edison Mall”, the biggest shopping center in Florida, which can be reached by car in a few minutes. Trip destinations such as Orlando, Key West and Fort Lauderdale are to be reached in ca. 1 - 1,5 hours.
