The house is located in the very good condominium in Balcon Al Mar, in Javea, via Capo-De-La-Nao. The effective surface of our villa is over 200 m². The house is located on a property of over 1000 m², and it is surrounded by many palm trees and a very beautiful garden. The house is built in such a way, that it can be lived in all year through, thanks to the very good house isolation, as well as thanks to the heating system and the open fireplace. The house is protected by a big hedge and walls, so that no intrusive looks can peer from outside. Moreover, the villa has a southern disposition, which means it is sunny all day long. The palm trees, however, offer a wonderful pleasant shadow.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental rates mentioned above are for 2 people. Each further person will be charged with extra 50,- Euros. The electricity costs, as well as garbage removal and water are included in the rental rate. For the warm water and for the heating, you can order and pay gas containers yourself. You can either bring your own linen, or order it at the house administration, for a small price.
  • Children up to 8 can stay here for free. For children between 9 an 16, there is a special price of 40,- Euros per week. Pets can be allowed, on request. The costs for heating and gas are to be paid on location, but they can also be required in advance. 4 gas containers for 3 weeks are to be charged with 150,- Euros.
  • Additionally to the rental rate, you have to pay 100,- Euros for the final cleaning. There is a refundable security deposit, which needs to be handed in together with the rental rate. If the condition of the house after your departure is flawless, the deposit will be entirely refunded through bank transfer, within 20 days. Seasonal price increase for Easter, Whitsun and Christmas is +15 %.

Notes: The kitchen is newly refurnished and it has all the kitchen gadgets that you may need: grill and micro grill, refrigerator and washing machine. The living room was refurnished with leather suits. The bathrooms were also redecorated. They have shower and WC, marble plates and flag stone plates. There is also terrace furniture and deck chairs. The outdoor barbecue is situated on the courtyard terrace. The big pool (4,60 x 8,00) invites you to swim. You can find a refreshing outdoor shower in front of the big pool basin. The house has also a big tower with tower rooms, as well as tower terrace. If the weather is good, you can enjoy the sea view all around. A big garage and an extra garage are available. There is a further big terrace over the garage building.
