This nice and modern equippt apartment offers our guests all the comfort for an unforgetable vacation on the island of Mallorca. One sleepingroom with two singlebeds (and space enough for an extra bed for small children, free of charge !), wardrobe, aircondition/heating, balkony! The bathroom has shower, lavatory and washtoilette. The livingroom is fitted with sleeping-couch, colour-tv with Astra-satellite-programs, radio, aircondition/ heating, American kitchen with: refrigerator, coffeemachine, mikrogrill, two-plate-ceran-cooking, washingmachine and a breakfast-bar for four people. A balkony with partly seaview invites our guests to enjoy the mediterranian lifestyle.

The apartment is situated in the first floor of a building with 14 units. The building was renovated in 1999, the apartment in 2000. The sandy beach of Canyamel is just 100 m away by foot. Ideal for parents with little children (beach in southdireccionwith trees to give shadow). Canyamel is a little quiet destination for people who love tranquility. His restaurants and bars offer a good local quality with resonable prices.

die wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und nett eingerichtet.sie liegt im 1.stock oberhalb einer pizzeria.es ensteht dadurch aber keine störung da es ein reines speiselokel ist und keine laute musik gespielt wird. meistens ist es so gegen 23 total ruhig.nebenbei erwähnt kann man dort auch sehr gut essen.klimaanlage funktioniert einmalig,alle deutschsprachigen sat. programme sind ebenfalls vorhanden.ein auto ist empfehlenswert da der im ort vorhandene supermarkt teuer ist und im nachbarort calaradjada (ca. 9km.) ein lidl ist. es fehlte an nichts. wir werden im nächsten jahr wieder buchen.
