The well maintained, spacious and comfortable cottage is built just 150 meters from the best beach of Yngsjö, well-known for its white and warm sand. The cottage is built on a 3000 square meter ground with nice pine trees that are typical for this area and creates a refreshing atmosphere and a wonderful calmness. The house has 85 square meters with kitchen, a big sitting room with an open fire and a Sat-TV- set. There are 5 beds, 2 of them in one big bedroom and 2 of them in one room with a storey bed. One more bed is arranged in a nice alcove.

Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das hier beschriebene Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Ich schließe mich der 1. Beurteilung an - hier wurde nicht übertrieben - es ist alles ok.

Es liegt in einem herrlichen Wald in direkter Nähe zum Wasser. Man kann ständig das Meer und die Bäume rauschen hören.
Da es zwei Terrassen gibt, kann man sowohl morgens als auch abends in der Sonne sitzen.

Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich aber schlicht - teilweise auch verwohnt, wie im Wohnzimmer. Die Betten sind in Ordnung.
Man findet alles was man braucht. Töpfe, Geschirr... alles ist ausreichend vorhanden - auch der Wasserkocher ist jetzt da !!!

Den Kamin konnten wir mit benutzen. Das Holz wurde und durch den sehr netten Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt.

Den sehr schönen Strand konnten wir leider nur eine Tag richtig nutzen. Es gibt aber vieles was man sich in der Umgebung ansehen.


Ein hinweis noch : Mit tiefer gelegten Fahrzeugen ist das Haus schlecht zu erreichen, die die kleine Straße einige "Buckel" aufweist.

Schönes und gutes Haus in toller Lage

Genaue Angabe über Lage und Ausstattung. Fotos entsprechen genau dem Objekt, nichts geschönt oder sonstiges. Guter Zustand, gepflegt und sauber. Nur 4 Sterne weil kein Radio vorhanden. Ein Wasserkocher sollte heutzutage auch vorhanden sein, war aber nicht.
Der Vermieter ist jederzeit über Handy erreichbar, falls mal ein Problem vorliegen sollte. Wer Natur mag, gerne am Meer ist, dem sei dieses Haus empfohlen. Freizeitmöglichkeiten gibt es je nach Geschmack genug.
