The free-standing 120 m² villa with pool is for individual use and is located on a 600 m², gated and fenced-in property. It is 5 min by foot from the sand beach. The pool is 9 x 7 m with sunbathing area, large terrace and grill. The house has the ETV approval for rental required on Majorca.

Nearest Ferry: Palma de Mallorca at 60 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Manacor at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 400 Metres
Car: not necessary
Porto Cristo Novo is on the east coast of Majorca, on the ocean. The residential area is distinguished by many single villas that are mainly lived in year-round, as well as two very well-maintained and spacious (two-storey) hotel complexes with pools and parks. Many places of interest like the caves, the aquarium etc. are even within walking distance. There are many shops as well as boat tours etc in the Porto Christo harbour. The nearest larger cities are Manacor (second largest city on Majorca) or Cala Millor and they are only a few km away and easy to get to using public transportation.

Das Haus ist in einem Top-Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Es liegt sehr nah zum Strand, der wirklich sehr schön ist und die anderen sämtlichen Badebuchten sind auch nicht weit mit dem Auto.
Der Vermieter hat den Vorgang der Anmietung hervorragend ablaufen lassen und eine Betreuung ist notfalls auch vor Ort.
Sehr sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Angaben im Inserat haben voll der Wirklichkeit entsprochen.
Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt,Küche super ausgestattet, Handtücher Gesellschftsspiele etc alles vorhanden.Sehr sehr sauber.
Der Vermieter hat alles super korrekt abgewickelt.Ich würde dieses Feriendomizil jederzeit weiterempfehlen
Der Vermieter hatte im Haus 2 Ordner mit Restaurants, Ausflugtipps, Strassenkarten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,und und alles wirklich alles war aufgeführt, toll!
Wir waren 2 Ehepaare und sind uns nicht wegen Platzmangels auf die Nerven gegangen!!
Das einzige kleine Manko Attraktionen vor Ort gibt es nicht.
Ein verschlafenes Örtchen etwas abgelegen. Ohne Auto
etwas schlecht, obwohl öffentliche Busse vorhanden; wir hatten die ganze Zeit einen Mietwagen und waren deshalb auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nicht angewiesen.
Die Badebuchten sind traumhaft schön, 3 Stück zur Auswahl.
Jederzeit wieder !!
