Situated in the first row from the beach, the house has a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is surrounded by a well kept garden with olive, lemon and palm trees. There is a terrace facing the sea, where barbecue and dining is perfect. The house is completely renovated and has two kitchens and two bathrooms. It is perfect for two families or two generations. It sleeps up to 8 people.

Vinaros is a growing town, originally a fishing village. Tourism has yet to put its mark on the area. It still has all the features of a genuine Spanish town: walking streets, market place, and bullfighting arena. A variety of good shops and cafés are available in the town center. Vinaros is renowned for its seafood, which is the speciality of many of the town's restaurants. The area offers several interesting sights and activities.

Notes: Our house consists of two interconnected parts. A ’main’ part with a master or parents bedroom (with air condition), adjacent to which there is an alcove with a bunk bed. In connection with these two rooms is a nice bathroom with a bathtub. This part of the house also holds the main kitchen, which is in connection with the dining area/living room. In the living room area you find a fire place, and here is also a sofa bed that sleeps two. From here you can walk directly into the garden, via a small sitting area, also with a fireplace. Moving towards the second or ‘studio’ part of the house, you pass a guestroom with two beds and across from this room the second bathroom, with shower. Still inside the house, at the far end of a corridor, there is a second kitchen with a small breakfast/sitting area with a sofa bed that sleeps one. From the second kitchen there is access to the terrace, overlooking the sea. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a bedroom with a twin bed.

Sights and activities: Peníscola: a medieval castle situated on a peninsula outside the city of Peníscola, some 10 km south of Vinaros, is a preferred excursion. Parrot park: Just south of Benicarló, 5 km south of Vinaros, you find the Parrot park which is a fun experience for the children.
