Our romantic chalet is located in the Zuidersee city of Lemmer, a paradise for water sport lovers and fishers looking for relaxation. Through its unique conception, surrounded by passable waterways and green areas, this bungalow marina has become one of the most beautiful in the Netherlands. The charming location between the Ijssel Sea and the Frisian lake district and the lawn directly on the sunny garden of the chalet gives an additional dimension of comfort. The idyllic property on the corner is surrounded by water from 3 sides. Directly on the beautiful and sunny southern property you will find a chartered sport boat. Direct waterways lead from the centre of Lemmer to Ijssel Sea and into the Frisian lake district. The Ijssel Sea beach is only a few minutes on foot or by bike. It is a special holiday experience to go out from your living room onto your Rio and then to go out on a boat tour.

Charming, water sport-friendly & natural location: The cheerful, maritime atmosphere in which you can comfortable live throughout the year is appealing. It is a special holiday experience to be able to go on your Rio right from the living room and to go on a boat tour through the charming, untouched nature of Friesland through canals, through bridges past individual farmsteads, through forests and over the lakes. The Frisian bridge guard fishes for the minimum 'toll money' with a wood shoe while he opens the bridge for your Rio 550 Onda and stops the traffic on the street. You can experience that you must first stop on one of the other canals in order to get the bridge guard from his garden. Then the barriers are placed over the street by hand. After this, the bridge is moved to the side or upwards. After your passage, the bridge just remains open. You can go to between ten and twenty clean cities and villages as a day tour.

Of course, the boat is fully insured.

Golf: 3 golf courses can be reached within 30 minutes: St. Nicolaasga 18 hole par 72 championship course, Lelystadt Batavia 18 hole par 71 championship course, Oudemirum 9 hole par 72 (new course). All courses can be played subject to a green fee.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Chalet de Brekken. Unsere Anreise und die Übergabe des Chalets und des Bootes haben prima geklappt. Wir haben alles sauber und gut vorgefunden und uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Selbst das Wetter spielte mit, somit konnten wir auch den Garten und die Terrasse voll nutzen.

Unsere nahezu neue MM Vita lag gut auf dem Wasser und hat uns sicher über die hübschen Kanäle und Seen in die schönen umliegenden Dörfer und Orte getragen. Der Motor war schön leise, und wir hatten immer ein sicheres Gefühl auf dem Wasser.

Ihre Informationen über die wassersportlichen Gegebenheiten waren sehr hilfreich für uns. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder.

Fe-Haus: brauchbar, Sportboot Rio:nicht das Beste

Das Fe.-Hs. war bis auf kleine Defekte an Rollos in Küche und Schlafzimmer, mit einer defekten Scheibe in der Küche, und der schwergängigen Schiebetür recht brauchbar. Ich würde es trotzdem noch einmal mieten.
Das Sportboot "Rio" hätte ich mir in einen besseren Zustand gewünscht. Bei Übernahme fehlten Schwimmwesten und eine Stange mit Haken weshalb wir am ersten Tag bei bestem Wetter nicht rausfahren konnten. Alles wurde jedoch nach telef.Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter geregelt. Ein Tag entgangene Urlaubsfreuden waren die Folge. Defekt war die Positionsbeleuchtung, Tankanzeige und die Befestigungspunkte der Persenning. Desweiteren waren bei Verdrängerfahrt, was in den Kanäten Voraussetzung ist, ein stetes Gegenlenken erforderlich. Das Boot werde ich in einen solchen Zustand nie wieder übernehmen.
