Villa Alessandra is situated in a beautiful residential area. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa. It is about 70 sqm and has got a large paved and furnished garden (60 sqm) where you can dine and have a quiet shaded rest. There is a wide living-room, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The apartment is just 3 minutes walk to a local supermarket and 1 minute walk to the beach and to restaurants; you need just 5 minutes by car to reach the centre of Anzio. Just 50 minutes by train and you are straight in the very centre of Rome (Termini Station). Enjoy even a trip to the picturesque Island of Ponza in just 80 minutes by ferry.

Anzio is a town on the sea. It is 57 Km from the centre of Rome and few minutes by car to lots of historical towns. Founded by an old Italic population, conquered by the Romans in 338 b. C. and flourished in the XVII century thanks to the building of a big harbour, it is a very animated seaside resort, where you can mix culture and fun. Enjoy culture by visiting the Roman and Greek ruins, and have a great fun in the downtown disco-pubs and discos. Try nature excursions in the WWF protected reserves.
