Photos and Description of this Sauerland holiday house Lone house 180m², up to 8 people, 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms

Here we are dealing with a comfortable 4-star vacation home for 2-8 people right in the middle of the hiking world of Schmallenberg-Sauerland. The house has 4 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. During the winter you can enjoy the comforting warmth of a tiled stove found in the spacious living area. In the living room there is a dining area for 8 people and a comfortable set of couches. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with 4-star compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine, etc. A high chair and crib can be provided upon request. A roofed balcony, 2 patios and a large compound with a superb view of the nature top off this wellness offer. You can park your car in our garage. Well-behaviored dogs are allowed. A ski lift is about a 300m walk away. Hikers have an optimal location due to the close proximity of the Rothaarsteig and a lot of other trails. The house was renovated in 2004.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es hat unglaublich viel Raum und ein schone Kachelofen. Herrlich warm.
Die Aussicht ist wunderbar.
Ideaal fur Wanderer. Sehr gut ausgezeignete Wanderwegen.
Schanze 19 ist bestimmt zum weiterempfelen.
Gasthof Brautigam Hanses ist sehr gemutlich, freundlich, und hat ein sehr gute Kuchen.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Gründe dafür waren:
- die ausgezeichnete Ausstattung
- die Sauberkeit
- der Komfort in den Bädern
- die großzügige Raumaufteilung
- die ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht
- die Terasse und der Garten
- die Möglichkeit, sich im Gemeinschaftsraum zu treffen, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten im eigenen Appartement zu haben
- die Nähe zum Kinderspielplatz und zur Gastronomie
- die netten Vermieter

Das Haus ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich schön und mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Absoluter Luxus ist die hohe Anzahl an eigenen Bädern, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes, neues Bad! Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön groß und der Ausblick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend! Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön, viel Natur und Wald. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr sehr gut & freundlich, das Haus sehr sauber! Wir kommen wieder!

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Lage, es ist gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat entsprechen genau dem gepflegten und sauberen Zustand des Ferienhauses. Es fehlt an nichts.Wir haben uns willkommen und dann eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. In Vorbereitung und auch vor Ort fühlten wir uns ausgezeichnet betreut.

Das komfortabeles Haus liegt in sehr ruhige Lage.
Dennoch gibt es vieles in der (direkte) Gegend für Jung und Alt.
Wir haben das Haus bisher 4 mahl gemietet.
Der Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr Komplett, und wir haben uns mit unsere 3 Kinder immer "zu Hause" gefühlt.
Jedes mahl war das Ferienhaus gut gereinigt, die Betten überzogen usw.
Vereinbarungen über Bezahlung, Schlüssel Übertragung werden immer nachgekommen.
