The villa with swimming pool is situated in St.Clair, a very beautiful small village between Le Lavandou and St.Tropez. It provides beautiful sea view, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a living room with exit to the terrace, TV, 4 bedrooms, one of them separately accessible from the outside, bathroom, toilet, a patio with barbecue grill,a beautiful overflowing swimming-pool and garden.

Nearest Airport: Nizza at 100 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1000 Metres
Well worth seeing is the whole Mediterranean coast but particularly delightful is the part between Hyères and St. Tropez up to Menton. The beautiful islands Îles d'Or, and especially the completely protected Île de Port-Cros, can be reached by ship from Le Lavandou. The peninsula of St. Tropez offers very beautiful views on the Mediterranean Sea. Don’t miss the old villages Gassin and Ramatuelle and the old oil mills of Paillas. And let yourself discover the mystery of French “Art de vivre” at the restaurant “Bello Visto” in Gassin. You´ll find a “small Venice” before entering the gates of St. Tropez at the lagoon city Port Grimaud. Near Le Lavandou there is a small village named Bormes-Les-Mimosas. Here you´ll find as many flowers as cats, pictorial corners, picturesque lanes and small restaurants. What you should try in any case is having a meal at the “Lou Portaou” situated in the old village of Bormes. It´s delicious!

The “Maurin des Maures” in Rayol sur Mer has a wonderful sea view from the interior, here you’ll find typical Provencal meals served in original and typical French atmosphere. On the “Route des Crêtes” between the Col du Canadel and the village Bormes-Les-Mimosas for instance the “Relais du Vieux Sauvaire” offers a beautiful view along the coast, a large bar with freshly caught fish and a delightful pizza from the oven. And if you like to celebrate something, even more than just once, the restaurant “Les Roches” at Aiguebelle close to Le Lavandou with wonderful meals and wines will be a very good choice.
