This is a comfortable holiday villa with large garden, terrace & pool. It is just under 500 m from the sea and has stunning Mediterranean plants and trees. The house itself has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room, an American kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub), a large porch, terrace, a large swimming pool (5x8m), SAT TV. The house has heating. The pool and terrace area is almost completely secluded!

The marina of Moraira is without a doubt one of the most beautiful marinas in Valencia. Moraira was originally a fishing village. Nowadays, shopping centres offer options to meet the highest demands.
