Apartment situated on the 1st floor of the House Kersting, located 5 min from the extensive cross-country skiing area, ski lift & children's ski school, as well as a shuttle bus to the skiing area Winklmoos/Steinplatte. Hiking tracks start just by the house. The independent southern hill-side location with unspoilt view of the mountains still allow a relaxed holiday. A heated indoor-swimming pool in the house, steam sauna, barbecue area and a lawn for sunbathing complement our offer. A double room, adding an extra bed is possible. Also a single room with extra bed & a double sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 2 - 6. Bathroom/WC has been newly tiled equipped in Nov 04; the kitchen has been built in 2002: 4-ring-stove (ceramic glass cooktop), fridge, dishwasher, grill, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc. Enjoy the view of the village from the panoramic window in the living room. From the balcony there is a view to the south west on the Unterberg and the Kaiser Mountains.

Apartment situated on the 1st floor of the House Kersting. The 4-star house is located 5 minutes from the centre of Reit im Winkl, in quiet, independent south-facing hillside location and has an unspoilt view on the Kaiser mountains and the village. As we are the only residents in the Heide street, there is always enough parking available, complemented by two garages.

Wellness: Our heated indoor pool is not enormous (8 x 5 Meter) but will offer you relaxation after a day of hiking or skiing. In the changing room with shower and WC there is a multi functional shower for 2 people with steam sauna and massage showers.

Location: The view from the house will thrill you in every season. The independent, unspoilt southern hillside location with view of the wild and tame Kaiser to the south west as well as of the village to south east. A lawn can be used by all guests during summer, as well as the fixed, built barbecue area with rustic dining area. Our house provides enough parking as well as 2 garages.

Ski: Our house is located only 5 minutes on foot from the cross-country skiing tracks. Reit. i. Winkl has ca. 90 prepared skiing tracks with different difficulty levels. The downhill skiers can reach the ski lift very fast on foot. The bus stop to the skiing area Winklmoos/ Steinplatte is only 5 minutes on foot; further ski lifts in the district Blindau can be reached within 10 minutes by car. In the cross-country skiing stadium there is a toboggan hill for kids. The Reit i. Winkler children's ski school is located in a distance 5 minutes by car, and can also be reached on foot. Despite the central location of the house, you will spend a quiet holiday in our house because it is situated on a hill.
