The flat has a wonderful view of the mountains and over the village. Located closely to the village but higher on a hill, the house is a central but quiet place. The flat offers space for 2 - 6 persons with two sleeping rooms, living room, bath and kitchen with 4-star-equipment. It costs (for 3 persons) 80 Euro in winter, 75 € in holiday-times, 70 € other times, all inclusive without local tax, garage and sauna. Every additional person pays 7 €. Parking lots are in front of the house.

Our house is built 5 minutes from the centre of the village Reit im Winkl in the Bavarian alps in Germany. We have a very snow- sure region here; there are possibilities for alpine Ski and skating etc. A 30 km pist starts 5 minutes by feet from the house. One lift is reachable in the same time, others in 10 minutes by car. You can take car or bus to the well known skiing area Winklmoos/Steinplatte, the station is 5 minutes by feet.

Surroundings
Special is the place, where our house is built: It is very near to the village (you can take your skis and go...) and quiet too. You’ll have a wonderful view from the flat and its balcony. In the garden is the barbecue-station for enjoying evenings after walking in summer.
Skiing Information:
Reit im Winkl is a region which is well known because snow is rather sure there. There are lots of possibilities for skating and skiing. Next lifts are 5 minutes by feet away from the house, bigger and higher skiing areas are reachable by car or bus in at most half an hour.
