Our farmhouse was built in 1860 and restored in 2004 with environment-friendly materials and according to historical artwork. IT is located on the village street on the edge of the village. Our guests have a 800 m2 garden with a grill, garden furniture and fire pit (for an evening camp fire). We place a lot of value on interior design and equipment with a harmonic atmosphere, so that you can experience your holiday comfortably during rain and storm. After a walk with the healthy North Sea air, you can enjoy a Finnish or bio-steam sauna with 6 people or you can dream in front of the fireplace. The pool billiard table, countless books, board games or DVD films make sure you are not bored. For hobby cooks you have our comprehensively equipped kitchen with spices and countless utensils. You deserve a wellness holiday!

West-Bargum is a small, Frisian village with countless historical farmhouses, an old village church and a very recommendable 3 star restaurant with a higher price category. In the neighboring city 2 km away, 'Langenhorn', you will find everything for your daily needs (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, doctors, post office, bank with ATM) and a few good restaurants. The Bargum people are friendly and celebration loving northern Frisians have two special dates: every year on February 21, an old Frisian tradition, the bicycle burn, is celebrated. IN a lot of villages, a large pile is lit on fire. The fires can be seen from kilometres away. The Bargum fire, as it is said, lights the furthers, which is definitely not only due to the wine that can'T be missed! During the summer every year you will find a bed race in the village - a lot of fun for locals and guests.

  • The prices are for 2 people *** Each extra person costs € 5.00 per day (small children in a travel bed are excluded). Final cleaning: € 50.00 = 1 week, € 60.00 = 2 weeks, € 70.00 = 3 weeks, € 80.00 = 4 weeks. Per pet a one time fee of € 20.00. Towels, dishrags and bedsheets are included. For the unfortunately highly increased energy costs, we charge an additional 5% of the total rental price.

Notes: The beds will be made upon arrival. Please tell us what kind of pillows you want on your reservation: down pillows - gel neck support pillows or other pillows. Towels for your daily needs, for the sauna and also for dishes available. With bad weather, you can spend time on our pool billiard table or with the dart board. Or you can relax in our large sauna that offers space for at least 6 people. The kitchen has basic goods including spices, vinegar and oil, cleaning aids and with dishrags, dishes and utensils for at least 12 people. Colorful dishes for children from IKEA are also there. What is still available: 1 hair dryer, an iron, laundry holder, laundry line. 2 SAT receiver and 2 TVs; one in the living room and one in the small bedroom

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit = top. Internetangaben total korrekt.Bewertung nur "Gut", da in der letzten Woche
Strassenarbeiten. Ohne diese Arbeiten und den damit verbundenen Lärm Bewertung "ausgezeichnet".

Gemütliches Haus, sauber und ordentlich, großer Garten, ruhige Lage, gepflegte Ausstattung, nur Betten etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Owner's Response: Vielen Dank für die positive Bewertung und den HInweis auf die "gewöhnunhsbedürftigen Betten". Da wir diese leider nur selten selber nutzen, haben wir Ihre Anmerkung zum Anlass nehmen können, die beiden Betten in den Schlafzimmern und das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer zu erneuern. Wir hoffen, dass die "schönste Zeit im Jahr" nun auch des Nachts "quietschlos" und ungestört in unserem Bauernhaus von unseren Gästen genossen werden kann.
