The house Palmarosa in Estartit lies about three kilometres from the beach in a quiet upmarket residential area. It is set up for up to 6 people. The room layout is the following: 3 bedrooms for 2 people each, spacious living and dining room with an open fireplace, kitchen with gas/electric stove, oven and refrigerator and 2 bathrooms (both include a bath tub). The bathroom on the first floor also includes a shower cabinet. Furthermore the house offers a spacious sun terrace and a garden with palms. The house also includes a neat pool with an admirable sunbathing area that is 20 m distance of the house. New satellite TV, a washing machine, garden furniture and a barbeque grill are included in the house’s equipment. Palmarosa also offers an optimum of requirements for a recreative and unforgettable holiday at the Costa Brava.
